Surprised myself…I couldn’t lunge when I started almost 3 months ago, tonight I did the damn lunges with a 5# weight. Progress not perfection.

Similar style workout was in the open a couple years ago and I couldn’t even perform one rep of oh walking lunges at this weight, so it is exciting to see the improvement in my mobility and oh strength to be able to do this workout rx… I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE
