-Focus on pinching shoulder blades back and activating lats to make contact with the bar
-Set your ego aside and use bands if needed

20ft Unbroken Handstand Walk (UB 20sec weight shifts OR 2 Wall Walks)
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55lb
-Anytime you break HS Walk, do 5 Pushups
