Two months ago I doubt I could have ran 2 miles in 35:25. Today I ran 2 miles w/o stopping, 50 HR PU on knees, 40 jumping C2B, 30 #65 cleans and an hour+ of MEL-bility! Thanks to Coach T, the 5:15 Guinean Pigs, and the 6:15 high energy encouragers today was the most fun day,...yet....
