On Ramp begins today.  First class starts at 6:15am and the second class will start at 7:15pm.  If you would like to get started with CrossFit Green Bay and haven’t already contacted just show up 5-10 minutes early.
Less than 1 week to the Ice Bowl.  Gym will close down after the 12:30pm class Friday to set up for Saturday.  Any volunteers that want to help us set up we would love your assistance.
