Wigglytuff

I will post about the athletes and volunteers tomorrow.  I apologize.  The results will be posted tonight on the Ice Bowl Facebook page.
Just want to pass along a message to everyone in the gym.  Safety first kids.  We throw a lot of weight around we do lots of stuff that has the potential to hurt us.  This is our sport and just like every other sport out there you must always practice safety first.  Like in football never tackle with your head down same as don’t ever walk in front or behind someone while lifting without watching them.  In baseball never catch a fly ball with the glove directly in front of your face (I learned this one the hard way) just the same as we need to concentrate on the task in front of us when box jumping.  I could go on and on with examples but you get the point.  Help keep this gym safe from injuries and dumb YouTube videos showing CrossFit fails because safety first was not a priority.
Like my father always told me when I screwed up:
No brains, no headaches
Mike Soletski
Use your brains because I know you all have them and from my daily conversations with you all they work well.  I love you all and I want one thing, Happy Healthy Athletes……and maybe a CrossFit Games Trophy too.
Love,
Grant

115#CJ, 65#snatch - did squats and pushups to save my back from burpees. I always thought the airdyne looked old and dumb, but I changed my mind. The air that thing blows up your shorts is a game changer ;)
