The CrossFit Games Open begins Thursday February 26th.  There is a Rx, Scaled and a Teens division this year.  We will be doing the WOD’s differently this year making it a weekly event running two times as of now Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.  This is a great opportunity for every person at CFGB to see what competition feels like.  Read up at the CrossFit Games site and get signed up.  It’s going to be fun.
1.) Snatch 5 x 3 @ Low Hang
2.) 3 Rounds
Row 500m
10 Clean & Jerks 155/105lb
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
4.) Back Squat 5 x 3 @ 85%, every 2 minutes
5.) 3 rounds
ME Strict Deficit Handstand Push-up -> ME Kipping Deficit Handstand Push-up.  No resting on your Noggin!
10 Toes to Bar
10 Strict Pull-ups
6.) 30 min at med pace on Air Dyne, C2 or go for a cold jog
