Free class 8:15am today.  Please come and join us for an introductory workout.  It’s a good time….in a sweaty sort of way!
March On Ramp begins in 1 week.  Come in for the WOD today and stick around afterwards if you’re interested in joining CFGB.  Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6:15am and 7:15pm.  For those that need to get to work in the morning we have 3 showers for you to get cleaned up and your way.  Come join CrossFit Green Bay where we Train you for Life.
1.) Find 1RM Snatch 3 misses only. Once PR is attained you are done
2.) Find 1RM Clean & Jerk 3 misses only. Once PR is attained you are done
3.) 3 rounds
2 minutes ME cal Row, rest 30 sec
2 minutes ME WallBalls, rest 30 sec
2 minutes ME Pull-ups, rest 30 sec
4.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock
