Vulpix

Last class is at 12:30pm.  After that class we will be setting up the Gym for the 2015 Ice Bowl.  All hands available will be greatly appreciated!
Judges and Volunteers meeting at 5:30pm.  All standards of movement and the overall flow of the floor crew will take place during this meeting.
One more day and The 2015 Ice Bowl is here!!!
1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Back Squats @ 85%
2.) 5 rounds
30 Unbroken Wallballs 20/14lb
? Burpees
Unbroken means no stopping of movement.  Once movement is stopped you have must finish the remainder of reps in form of Burpees.  Example, little Jimmy completes 23 UB Wallballs. Little Jimmy then puts the Wallball on the ground and completes 7 Burpees.  1 minute rest in between rounds.
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
4.) 3 rounds
ME Strict Handstand Push-ups->ME Kipping Handstand Push-ups  No resting on noggin, if you need to rest come off the wall and set is complete.
ME Strict Pull-ups
10 GH Raises, no bounce
