Today is all about taking care of your body.  I want you to get sweaty so don’t just stand around.  Keep moving and move with precision.  During the mobility I don’t want anyone writhing in pain, I want this to be effective time to get that gummed up tissue to release so we’re ready for the first Open WOD of the 2015 CrossFit Games Season.  Whether you are participating in the open or not I want you to treat your body like a fine tuned Corvette over these next five weeks.  I want you to get your diet tight, hydrate properly, sleep 7-8 hours every night, due mobility daily.  For 5 weeks be perfect and don’t let anything stand in your way.  Train like a champion with dedication to your body and pride in your movement as I want to see every member of CFGB step up to see what you are all capable both physically and mentally.
We will be viewing 15.1 at 7pm on the projector.  Every Thursday evening for the next 5 weeks we will host a viewing party and then for those that just can’t wait we will do the WOD right afterwards.  Feel free to bring the kids, spouse or whomever you wish to bring to watch the release of the Open WODs and then watch our animals take it on.  It’s going to be fun.

:25-:35 10 Toes to Bar/15 Push-ups/20 Double Unders
:35-:50 Thoracic Spine Mobility
:50-1:00 10 Overhead Squats/5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups/10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
2.) Mobility on anything else that ails you
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
