WOD 150901

It's September and we're all moved in. Give us a few weeks to get everything set up to our liking. The Wisconsin Open is right around the corner and we gotta have that place looking good! Showers will be out most of the week. I apologize but they will be up shortly with lockers right next to them so you can hang up your nice clothes. Let us know any ideas you have too as we are always interested in doing things better. All this work will pay off and we are going to have one of the coolest gym in the world.

1.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes: 3 Strict Shoulder Press -> 10 Unbroken Over Head Squat. Add load each round
2.) 17 minute AMRAP
3 Rope Climbs
50 Double Unders
25 Wallballs
*3.) Clean 1 Jerk 5 x 2 @ Low Hang Low Hang is roughly 2-3 inches below knee with knees slightly forward of hang.
*4.) 5 rounds
5 Back Extension
7 GH Raise, perfect No bounce
9 GHD Sit-ups
