WOD 150922

We are going to be squatting a lot over the next 13 weeks. At least 2 times a week it will be in the regular workout and the rest will be extra credit. If you plan on partaking in all of the squatting you will need to get mobility in as well as bump up your food intake. Have a great Tuesday.

1.) 5 x 3 Snatch @ High Hang, every 2 minutes 65%
2.) 3 rounds
12 Toes to Bar
15 Handstand Push-ups
18 Hang Power Clean 135/95lb
3.) Back Squat 3 x 8 @ 65% 1 x 5 @ 70% 2 x 2 @ 75% 1 x 1 @ 80% Every 2 minutes so know your weights
4.) Leg mobility. Partner quad smash, hip work, calf work, etc.
