Free class at 8:15am. Please come and see CrossFit Green Bay's new facility and get a workout in too. We will be having one class Monday morning at 8am and the rest of the day we will be closed. Have a great Saturday.

1.) 15 minutes to find 1RM Snatch, 3 misses only. Once PR is attained you are done and move on to Snatch
2.) 15 minutes to find 1RM Clean & Jerk, 3 misses only. Once PR is attained you are done.
