Happy Birthday to the young lady that has to put up with me day in and day out and as you all know that takes a lot of patience. Happy Birthday Betsy! Oh and she will be making an appearance for the 8:15am this morning to do this workout.

If the bar is dropped during set row 36 calories. Bar can be rested anywhere but on the ground. You pick your starting load and add each round.
