WOD 150924

Now I'm not sure if it's just me but when I eat like, well not good and/or drink alcohol I tend to go into a little bit of a depression. Just to clarify I'm not depressed because I ate or drank messing up my diet as I personally could care less if I have a slip up here and there because I know it's not the end of the world. That slip is not going to mess up what I've worked so hard for. It's a depression I can't really explain but man oh man is it real and it effects me for up to 3 days sometimes. I always knew the physical health hazards of eating garbage and drinking but never really pondered the phycological effects it has on us. So if you find yourself in a constant state of ugh maybe it's time to put those beers and snickers aside and eat healthy for more than just looking good in a swimsuit but actually feeling good in it too.

1.) 15 minutes alternating every 1:30 Handstand Walk/L-sits
2.) In 20 minutes
100 Double Unders
50 cal Row
90 Double Unders
40 cal Row
80 Double Unders
30 cal Row
70 Double Unders
20 cal Row
60 Double Unders
10 cal Row
ME Muscle-ups remainder of time
Note: Every time you break the DU’s complete 5 burpees. Max of 15 burpees per round.
3.) 5 rounds
10 Behind the neck Push Press, add load each round
15 GHD Sit-ups.
