Fudge

New website is up and running. Make sure to let Ben know what a fine job he did on the site. Take a look around the site and see what she’s got. We have a new athlete profile section where you can put your records and a picture of yourself so people know your name. There will be a few blips along the way so your patience is appreciated while we get used to this thing. 
I want to wish the lifters participating in the Brew City Open this weekend well. You guys have been training your butts off so it’s just another day of lifting…..except you get shiny metals if you do well!
