Deer Hunter 300

Well I did some research and I’ve called this workout a variable of combinations of the same words every year since we’ve been doing the 300. I made sure that it’s the right name this year:) Some good memories of it from Laura showing up to class not knowing the workout and Tina being the only one there. Needless to say Tina made sure to cheer Laura on to her first ever 300 Burpees and her mat burned forehead.  Or the year Mark Davis and the five one five crew had to start it in the parking lot when an unnamed coach was a little bit late. Lots of good times and more to come. Anyways, enjoy this workout and you be sure to let everyone know you completed the Deer Hunter 300! Cool people will know what you’re talking about!

You also appear to be getting soft in your old age as the 300 used to include a jump and touch to first 12" then 6" and now 0"...
