2014 Ice Bowl Final

What a nice weekend. Let’s make it an even nicer week. Next event to look forward to is the 12 Days of CrossFitmas Dec. 24th from 5am-Noon. There is a Packer Game that day so we might end an hour earlier than normal though. Then it’s my favorite event the Beer Mile at the Soletski Residence on New Years Eve. Come and take on the greatest race of all great races. Like what I did there? This year in place of scaling with doughnuts you will have to slam four 12 oz. cans of seltzer or flavored seltzer water instead of doughnuts. We will save the doughnuts for the Doughnut Mile. Oh and in between all of that I will be prepping you all for the 2016 Ice Bowl and the upcoming 2017 CrossFit Games Open. Fun times, fun times:)

Odd 10 Front Squat 95/65lb / 5 Pull-ups
Even 10 Push Press 95/65lb / 5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

5 minute cap
*3.) Snatch
3 @ 60, 65 & 70%
2 @ 75 & 80%
1 @ 85% & 90%
*4.) In 10 minutes 1 attempt for 15 Unbroken Clean & Jerk
note: once you pick your weight and start there is no going back. If you succeed and get 15 UB C&J’s you have a total and if you don’t well you don’t have a total then. be smart with picking your load and you can make corrections next time this is on the white board. You can rest anywhere but on the floor and on your back.
