Sixer

Ummmm so listen. When you tell me that you are hurting somewhere or another and I offer you advice on what to do please do it. For like a week usually from 6-20 minutes worth of effort. Now I understand effort is tough at night or anytime non rewarding commitment is needed for that body of yours. I really don’t like injuries, like at all but I understand them and why they occur. Generally it’s because we are not doing our individual parts to make shit not hurt. If you are putting in the effort though and nothing then we need to dig a little deeper with the help of our PT’s from Aurora BayCare. If you want to fix something though, make it a priority and if you’re not going to fix the problem please stop reminding everyone of it. We go hard, everyone in the gym does. It’s fun and it makes us happy so keep the happiness alive by bucking up and taking action on those hot spots before they start a fire. Don’t start fires.

note: scale the hspu’s with tri-pod to headstand
18 minute mobility:
6 minutes Hamstring Smash, lacrosse ball and box. 
12 minutes Quad Smashing 
10 minute AMRAP
6 Strict Toes to Bar
6 Strict Pull-ups
3 Wall Walks
note: midline madness there, think about that hollow on all 3 movements
9 minute mobility:
3 minute thoracic smash, using the making out with yourself hug and a roller
6 minutes, 3 min each side lacrosse ball shoulder smash
