Walking Lunges with 2 Dumbbells held in Front Rack (on shoulders, hands must be around handles) 50/35lbs

Accessory Work:

100ft Handstand Walk (or 5 wall walks)
Accumulate 45 sec. L-Sit hold
Rest 3 min
4 Rounds
100 ft Yoke carry (45# on each/25# on each)
5 Sandbags over yoke (150/100)

Mobility:
Barbell Quad smash – 3 min per side
Couch stretch (on a wall) – 2 min per side

Quads are super tight .. did the workout but ditched the 50’s after the 28’s…. BS at 220. Gonna listen to my body… stretching….mobility…. Hydration
