Hello from CrossFit Sanctify! This AM we did one minute of: 3 power cleans/hang clean combinations followed by an AMRAP of box jumps at 20 for the remainder of the minute. Then 4 minutes of active rest. We did five rounds total with increasing weight each round. Here are my results: 60lbs, 28 box jumps; 65lbs, 32 box jumps; 70lbs, 32 box jumps; 75lbs, 32 box jumps; 80lbs, 28 box jumps. Whew!
