WOD 130912

CFGB is going to be closed down for The Outlaw Camp this weekend. I’m waiting on word from Rudy on hours of the camp as I would like to have 5:15am & 6:15am classes on Friday and then remaining classes will be held at Triangle Hill in Bairds Creek. All Saturday and Sunday classes are cancelled but there is a possibility of us being open for 5:15am classes both days, I will post as soon as I can confirm it. We will have directions to Bairds Creek tomorrow
I will talk to Jason at TitleTown CrossFit and Joe at Red Door CrossFit to see if they will open their doors and their hearts to you
