WOD 130923

Sometimes things that scare us only scare us because we are told they are scary hence creating fear. Today do one thing that scares the crap out of you, whether it be picking up a spider, telling someone you love or care for them, saying you’re sorry, or even just walking into a gym you’ve been wanting to go to but are too afraid because you don’t think you can do it (CFGB:) You have one chance on this ball, it’s bout time you make the most of it.
