1.) EMOM for 10 min. Clean 1 Hover Clean (pause approx 2 inches above floor) 1 Split Jerk 70% 1R
2.) WOD
30 minutes to accumulate as many meters as possible utilizing running and rowing. Do not exceed 800m at a time per movement.
Extra credit
1.) OHS 3 x 5 @80% 1R
2.) 3×10 around the worl
3.) ​3×30 sec superman hold
