WOD 130926

We are testing out a WOD for Mr. Lowney’s competition next weekend since our regularly scheduled WOD was weightlifting and metabolic anyways. It’s a few meters longer on the run (supposed to be 180m) and this WOD is going to be done UB…..is there really any other way?!?
We are having the Photography mastermind of Let it Rain Studios, Eric Johnson in this evening during the 4:15 & 5:15pm classes to take pictures of our coaches and our athletes in action for upcoming brochures and our new website. So if you want to be a part of CFGB history show up and smile pretty
On another note we are well aware of the importance of Hollow Rocks and Supermans but most of us look like monkeys doing you know what to footballs and none of want that! So, tonight if you want to learn how to do it and master the movement join us at 7:30pm. I HIGHLY suggest if you are able to make it and as a bonus if you want those bumpy things (abs) to start showing faster this is your ticket
On Ramp starts in one week. It costs $185 for the month and $75 (half price unlimited) thKe second month. Classes run Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays for the month of October at either 6:15am or 7:15pm. Instead of wasting your money on some incompetent personal trainer invest it on us and whether you stick with us or not afterwards you will take away knowledge. That knowledge to include mastering your posture, running, squat, deadlift & press. You will also know how to climb a rope, do pull-ups, push-ups front squat, back squat, overhead squat as well as a general understanding of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. You will know what nutrition is and understand if you want to lose fat or gain strength your body needs to be firing on all cylinders and it happens with water, meat, fruits, vegetables, and various fats….yes fats. It does not happen with Advocare, Isagenix, Progenix, Herbalife or any other line of crap. Call Grant or Justin to take control of you, you will thank yourself
