WOD 140301

Pilates 7:15am
Free Class 8:15am
Regular WOD's 9:15am & 10:15am
 
Sunday's Team WOD at 11;30am is cancelled until the Open is complete. We will be hosting the Open WOD during that time. There is no class at 3:00pm on Sunday.
 
I've heard CrossFit isn't for everyone but I disagree with that statement to my core. So, if you're not everyone On Ramp starts Monday. Come check out the free class for more details.
 

1.) EMOM for 8 Minutes 1 Snatch @ 70%
2.) EMOM for 8 minutes Clean & Jerk @ 70%
3.) WOD
Partner Row/Shuttle Run 20 min.
Row for total meters switch upon completion of 100m(10m) Shuttle
4.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
