WOD 140304

Starting next Monday 4:15pm classes on Monday and Wednesday are cancelled. CrossFit Kids and Teens will be taking over during that hour to give them some room to bro it up! We will be adding a regular 7:15pm class on Monday's and Wednesday's to replace the cancelled class.
Spring is coming, I heard birds chirping the other day!

Shuttle Run(10m)

3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Shoulder Press 5 x 3
5.) Overhead Squat 3 x 10 Unbroken (No pause on top)
6.) Back Extension 5 x 5
7.) GH Raise, perfect No bounce
