WOD 140306

Open WOD 14.2 released tonight at 7pm. We'll be watching live at the gym and if anyone wants to get a head start on it so be it, 3,2,1 go at 7:30pm.
WOD will beginning immediately so get those shoes laced up and ready to roll.
Every single member of this gym should be here today, you will learn 30 minutes worth of Mobility. Stuff that's going to assist you in getting better. You want to get better?? Yea you do!! Be there or be square imobile.

:00-:10 200m Row / 15 KB Swings / 25 Double Unders
:10-:20 Calf/Achilles Mobility
:20-:30 100m Shuttle(No hands) / 10 Thrusters 115/65lb / 10 Toes to Bar
:30-:40 Shoulder Mobility
:40-:50 10 Right Arm DB Snatch / 10 DB Overhead Walking Lunge / 10 Box Jumps 24/20 / 10 Left Arm DB Snatch / 10 DB Overhead Walking Lunge / 10 Box Jumps 24/20
:50-:60 Back Mobility
