9:15am Pilates
10:15am Gymnastics-If you need help with your Chest to Bar Pull-ups for 14.2 you need to be here.
11:30am Open WOD 14.2- We will be here until roughly 1pm so get in before then to get it done and over with!
 
Happy Sunday.

1.) 20 minutes to Turkish Get-Up. Use a barbell and load as form dictates. If new to the movement start with your shoe held up by the top of your clenched fist.
2.) WOD
3 rounds
15 Toes to Bar
15 Push-ups
3.) 7 min. Hollow Rock/Superman alternating every 30 sec.

Thanks Mark D. for giving me 18 on 14.2, but three of the C2Bs, I pretty much jumped from the ground. Im happy at 15. Hell, I was going to be happy at 11!
