WOD 140310

If you have not completed 14.2 yet get it done today! Must post by 7pm tonight on Games Site.
No 4:15pm Regular WOD tonight or Wednesday. CF Kids and Teens will be taking over the gym during that time. Please if you show up early for the 5:15pm WOD stay out of the kids way. They bite!
New 7:15pm Regular WOD starts tonight and Wednesday night.

1.) 5 x 2 Back Squat @ 80% every 90 sc.
2.) WOD
8 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible:
5 Clean & Jerks 165/115lb
12 Bar Facing Burpees
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) 5 x 3 Snatch at low hang from blocks. Directly below knees. Do not use jerk block covers with 2 x 4 cross members down
5.) 3 x ME Deficit Handstand Push-up, 2 45lb plate abmat dudes/1 45lb plate abmat chics 6.) Row 2K
