Free WOD 8:15am Great opportunity to see the gym, get a workout and get signed up for April On Ramp beginning Monday, April 7th.
Regular WOD 9:15am & 10:15am

1.) 15 minutes to find 1RM Snatch
2.) WOD
3 Rounds
Run 800m
12 Deadlift 225/155lb
 
3.) 7 min alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
