WOD 140327

The last Open WOD is finally here…finally! I saw that the Open gave you inspiration to push to another level and I hope to see it humbled you as well knowing there's more work to do. As of Monday at 7pm CrossFit Green Bay will go back to normal. Back to what we do best Squat, Snatch and Clean & Jerk and really really horrible WOD's……..I for one can't wait! To all members not in the Open I apologize for the 5 weeks craziness, thanks for putting up with it. Maybe next year you will dive head first into the craziness yourself. Anyways, I want to tell everyone nice job from judging to screaming at the top of your lungs for an athlete to get 1 more rep.
14.5 Viewing party at 7 pm tonight! Last Open WOD of 2014 and it's going to be a good one. Afterwards, anyone that wants to can be one of the first in the world to take it on. Or you can just watch as a few members at the top of the rankings will be doing it.

:10-:25 Leg Mobility (Quad Smash & Hip Flexor Smash)
:25-:35 10 Perfect Shoulder Press, light ( Perfect as in practicing great posture to the 3 point checklist when loaded overhead; Active Shoulders, Rib Cage Down Ass In & Load in the back of the shoulders. Keep that head in proper position)/10 Ring Dips/10 Push-ups
:35-:50 Shoulder Mobility (Snow Angels, Thorasic Spine Smash, Lat Smash
:50-1:00 10 Knees to Elbow/10 Hollow Rocks(Back and forth = 1)/10 KB Swings (Heavy)
