21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Thrusters 95/65lb
Burpees
2.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
*3.) 1 Low Hang Snatch 1 Snatch, 10 total reps add load each rep
note: stand up with bar and go through high hang and hang into low hang, approx 2″ below knee then snatch. second snatch is not touch and go
*4.) 2 Behind the Neck Split Jerk every 2 minutes for 14 minutes, add load each round
note: use blocks
