You guys are an amazing group of people. Thank you for being you. This Saturday Ashley and Craig King are having a going away party as they leave us for Florida. We are all going to miss the heck out of you two. Details below:

Finished the 66 push-ups with 9:00 minutes left. Could not complete any more strict deficit HSPUs because my shoulders and triceps were burnt out. Must get stronger with these!
