EC - I wanted to focus on one movement so EMOM10 - 10 thrusters @ 95# for 100 total. Enjoyed 39-42 seconds of rest every round. Focused on pulling the bar down to front rack for every rep. Felt good! 1,000 meter sled push complete in 16:54 with Laura, Rachel, and two sleds. Fun!
