Garage

Wednesday evening T will be hosting YOGA in her almost complete WODMother’s Den at 5:15-6:15pm. Classes will begin fulltime in July so I suggest you come to see if it is for you. (It is) 
Hmmm what else is up? Back in the day I’d always talk about how much I love garage WODs and recently with the nice and warm weather I’ve been watching everyone doing workouts at others houses, how cool! Then every day as I walk through my garage I just sigh to the sight of what should be a sweet garage gym but honestly resembled an overfilled storage unit.  I decided enough is enough and cleaned it. So I have my garage gym back and I couldn’t be more excited since that is where this all began for me 7 years ago. If you don’t have one I suggest you get one, I’ll show you how to build great pull-up bars on the cheap! Oh and the looks from your neighbors and passerby’s honestly keeps you mentally entertained throughout your workout.

Love the garage WOD idea. I'm working on mine too! So far I have rings and foam roller. Lol. :)

1.) 30 seconds Max effort Thrusters 30 seconds rest maintain front rack for entire 5 minutes 75/55lb
2.) Garage
11 minute AMRAP
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Triple Unders
note: triple unders are scaled 4 to 1 to dubbs
*3.) Every 2 minutes 5 Snatch High Pulls -> 1 Snatch with 5 second pause in hole
*4.) 2 Person Teams, for time
400m Hanging Kettlebell Run 2/1.5 pood
400m Rope Run
400m Run
note: for the hanging KB portion run with a kettlebell hanging from your rope. both run at the same time for the individual run. record time of both partners example: if tommy schmidt and i were partners i would most likely crush him on that last run since i literally won’t be carrying him once the rope gets put down so I come in at 9:06 and he comes through at 9:22 i would record 9:06/9:22. just kidding tom:) well kinda.
