Longhorn Leghorn

Change is as inevitable as time. Just as the seconds change the minutes, the minutes change the hour, the hours changes the day and so on.  Time is in a constant state of change and since we operate within time we indubitably change too. It’s ok, embrace and grow from it, change that is.

1.) Longhorn Leghorn
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
30 Air Squat
20 GHD Sit-ups
10 Burpees

2.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
Add load each round and do not set the bar down until all reps completed:
5 Push Press
3 Thruster

*3.) 60-40-20
m Sled Push 90/45lb
m Yoke Carry 45’s/25’s per post

*4.) 8 minute AMRAP
1-2-3-4-5-6-continuing up the ladder
Freestanding Handstand Push-up
10’ Handstand Walk

*5.) 5 Rounds
10 Single Leg Barbell Deadlift (5/5)
8 Back Extension
10 Reverse Hyper

1) Today Ian got to stare at me for 15 mins. It should be noted, in that time he edged me out on the first four rounds. However, upon removing my shirt for the fifth round, I exposed him as weak when I smoked him, finishing a full 2 seconds faster. That said, I suspect he might have been distracted by my then shirtless body. Makes sense.
2) 95/115/125/130/135 (failed on thrusters of last round)

Second part, used what I had for dumbbells and did EMOM for 7 rounds. Also added a rep to pp and thrusters (6 and 4). Couple hours earlier, 1.5 mile run w 6 x 100 meter sprints.
