Squirrelly

When things get a little squirrelly out there try and remember that it’s just life. Like it or not, it’s the life we got and it will continue to move forward no matter how uncomfortable it may be at times. We can just suck it up and deal with our lives, continuing the same path or we can treat our life like another rep in a workout or training, learning from each rep, evolving. Now I am not condoning anyone fixing anything that ain’t broken so if you got a good groove, carry on but, if not, let start keeping notes on all those reps. Take charge of your body, it’s the last one you’ll get.
