Dobogai

Derek Dobogai was a resident of our great state of Wisconsin, Fond Du Lac to be exact. In 2007, I was just shy of 30 and I honestly can’t tell you that I remember that this young man lost his life in Iraq. Fast forward to the writing of this post, after almost 10 years of Hero Workouts on a pretty regular basis and thanks to CrossFit a large number of our world now can see the men and women that gave their lives in the line of duty. From their stories to the workout created in their honor, their names will no longer go silent and the memory will be forever in our minds, usually from conquering the workout that seemed unconquerable. Hero Forged Friday is our weekly opportunity to learn about a true Hero and imprint the memory through blood, sweat and tears and when the dust is settled, wash it all down with a cold one.
Have a nice Friday.

Where was everyone for the 5:15 and 6:15am classes?!? 🤔🤔
