1.) 9 Back Squat every 3:30 minutes for 4 rounds  @ 70% 5-10lb heavier than last week
2.) Caged Chicken
50 Dumbbell Step overs 50/35lb, 20” (1 DB)
At the beginning of every minute 6 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch starting at 3,2,1 go
Note: Dumbell can be carried however you wish
*3.) 3 rounds
100’ Yoke Carry 45’s/25’s
100’ Sled Push 90/45lb
*4.) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes 3 Snatch @ 70%
note: reset each rep
*5.) 3 rounds
20 Hollow Rock
20  4 count Flutter Kicks
