Front Squat/Rope Climb

WEAR LONG SOCKS!!!! WE ARE ALL OUT OF TAPE SO WEAR LONG SOCKS AND WHILE YOU’RE AT IT WEAR MULTIPLE PAIRS OF LONGS SOCKS!!! SO LET’S REVIEW: WEAR LONG SOCKS!!!

Level II will drop the weight to 96/65lb & Level III will be towel pull’s replacing the rope climbs.
