WOD 140207

Saturday Titletown CrossFit is hosting Rumble for the Robinson's from 8:30am -10:30am. On January 3rd Matt and Kelly, members of CFT and their two young children lost their home to a fire and it was a total loss. This Saturday Jason and his crew are looking to raise some cash to help the Robinson's get back on their feet. We all talk about how our CrossFit community is second to none now let's prove it.

1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 2 Clean 1 Jerk (65)
Touch and go, NO PAUSE
2.) WOD
100 Barbell front rack Lunge 135/95lb
5 Burpee penalty for dropping bar. BB can be rested in back rack position.
3.) 7 min. alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock & Superman
Holds if unable to rock
4.) 5 x ME Deficit HSPU 6/3, rest 90 sec.
No resting in the basement, lockout is acceptable. NO RESTING ON YOUR NOGGIN.
5.) 50 Perfect Snatch, 45/35lb
