Christmas Party 7:00pm Saturday night at Hagemeister Park 325 North Washington Street.  Coaches dinner will be at 5pm and afterwards we will all be heading over to Hagemeister Park to hang out with all you crazies that allow us the honor to coach you to PR’s and other amazing feats of athleticism.  Please come and join us for the opportunity enjoy a few seltzer and lemons (or an adult beverage if you’d like) and to meet your fellow CFGB members that you may not know yet.
This Saturday the 2 original CFGB coaches will be coaching the free WOD and a hero WOD is in store!  Come join myself and Tom for a hoot of a WOD.  If you’ve never been to CFGB this Saturday is a great day to see why you should be here!  8:15am

1.) 5 sets to work up to a 3RM Deadlift in between each set 5 Box Jumps 36/30
2.) 5 Rounds
10 Deadlift at 50% of 3RM Deadlift
3 Muscle Ups (if unable to to do MU replace with 5 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-up)
15 cal. Row
Rest 1 minute
3.) 50 GHD Sit Ups
4.) 200m Handstand Walk or 20 minutes whichever comes first
