Thorn

Well that was a rough workout but it was an honor to do it. Nice job to everyone that did it and we’ll see Big Sexy again come August. Anyhoo, more on food. So how much is too much food? There is no way I can eat all that food! I eat perfect and I’m gaining weight. The top 3 questions I get when discussing food with various people and the top 3 questions that cause me the greatest inner heart pain. Eat clean and there is no such thing as too much food. I mean seriously, just eat and eat until you’re full. Start to love broccoli, sweet potatoes and avocados. Drink water often. You want to eat clean food, all the clean food. As far as weight goes please for your and my sanity throw that damn thing away. Worry about losing the fat, that’s the bad stuff.
