Satisfaction

Monday’s are the greatest. Our weekly chance to start fresh opening up the doors to new potential opportunities. Every week we get to enjoy this day. It’s pretty awesome if you ask me! Crazy enough I have a great new opportunity for you all to start fresh today and it starts with the jerk blocks. I want you all to use them and use them often. They are probably the greatest tool to helping you understand what it feels like to pull from a perfectly set up position. One problem though with them is they are large and take up a bit of space. When you use them they need to be put back to the way you found them. Our lifting area is pretty unique as you all can come in and lift pretty much whenever you feel like it. Please respect everyone, put away your blocks, bars, weights or whatever else you use back in that area. I am guilty myself of leaving the blocks out but what’s that you say? It’s Monday, our weekly chance to start fresh! I’m going to personally take this opportunity to start fresh and do my part to keep our gym as tight as our form. Seriously though clean up your blocks.
