Long Name

Your voice is your voice, let it be heard. Don’t let someone else make you feel guilty for having a voice. Be good, be humble and ignore the constant barrage of negative words. Those that live angry and miserable are sucked in to that barrage of negativity. I choose to find the good in life, to find the good in each of you. This month do me a favor (I’m going to do it too) every time you walk in to CFGB instead of seeing how bad the workout is going to be, identify what you’re going to succeed at and hold on to that throughout your workout. Negative thoughts and feelings have sucked the life out of me these last few months and I’m not going to let it hold me hostage any longer. The greatest thing about this gym is you, please take the time to remember that.
