Hey everyone! Friendly reminder that although we may love man’s best friend a lot, the gym isn’t actually an appropriate place for a dog.

We’ve been very lenient with athletes bringing in their furry friends to the gym, but only when they are leashed, well trained and contained.

From now on please only bring your pet to the gym if it is a necessity, not just a luxury, and especially not on days or class periods you know will be highly attended.
