Howdy guys,Today we did 5 rounds of 5 thrusters, followed by a 400m sprint. Each round was on a 4 minute clock; here are my results2:05; 2:03; 2:08; 2:04; 2:0The first 2 rounds I did 80 pound thrusters and increased weight to 85 pounds for the last 3 rounds. That sprint sucked!
