Note: use a wider than normal stance for front squat! Pretty obvious but found out after workout that a wide stance keeps my elbows from falling when hitting depth. Problem with bar slipping during workout so became as much of a shoulder workout. Complex @ 75-100# tng cleans. Stayed conservative to keep shoulder safe until I know I can hit proper form every time for jerks
