WOD 130929

October 1, 2010 CFGB was open for business. We moved from a tiny third stall garage at my house into our first building. We’ve gone from that 200 sq.ft. garage to a 10,000 sq.ft. garage in just about 3 years (2 more days), pretty amazing if I say so myself. We will continue to grow CFGB as our membership grows and continue to make this the best equipped, best coached, largest facility around as well as having enough class times so it’s convenient for all members. 1.) 5 x 2 Barbell Turkish Get-ups (2 each arm
2.) WOD
5 Rounds with 135/95l
5 Deadlif
1 Clean & Jerk
5 Front Rack Barbell Step ups 20
1 Clean & Jer
50′ OH Wal
1 Clean & Jer
Rest 90 seconds
Do not set BB down until round is complete. BB can be rested in any position except floor. If BB is dropped at any point during round, finish round and then complete 20 alternating hand Sledgehammer hits on tire.
