WOD 130930

Next time you are offered something you know is not good for you, ie. pizza, cake, candy, etc… pass and wait approximately ten minutes and see how you feel. I bet you don’t even remember that you didn’t eat it. It sucks for a minute or two while everyone else around you shoves it in their mouths but once the moment is gone so is the craving. The ability to say no to garbage food and alcohol must be built through persistence not by having 2 to 3 cheat meals a week so buck up chuck and stay strong!

2.) WOD

10 C2B pull-up
10 burpees
Extra credit
1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 position(HH,H,F) Snatch 1 behind the neck Push-press. If you have to set the bar down it’s too heavy and if you are not enjoying the hell out of every second of your rest it’s to light
2.) 3×20 big kip swings on the bar, rest 60 sec
3.) ​3×10 strict toes to bar, rest 60 sec
